My kids wished there was a better kids' menu or more activities to keep them entertained during our stay.

Had a fabulous stay in a massive, posh suite! The location is top-notch—that Rittenhouse Square vibe! Got some delightful French treats during the Urban Experience that made us feel fancy.

Check-in felt like a rush job, and the bathroom doors? Frosted glass was a bit too much 'open concept' for my taste at 2 AM! Not ideal for stealthy midnight visits.
